Local Pickup Policy - Orders Placed Online

Orders must be paid for with a credit card online prior to pickup. Paypal and affirm payments are not eligible for local pickup. Any order paid by affirm or paypal must be shipped to the address approved by paypal or affirm.
Orders are normally ready for pickup within 2 hours of placing the order.
Orders can be picked up during normal business hours.
You must have a ID and the credit card used on the order for verification when picking up your order.

Free Shipping Policy

All orders that meet the following requirements will have the FREE SHIPPING option.

- The order must be over $25 for Free Shipping to USA (Does Not Include Tax or Shipping).

- All items in the order must qualify for free shipping.

- Free shipping time estimate – 3- 10 business days

- We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage as our free shipping service. This can vary order to order. If you have a known problem with your shipping address (USPS or UPS will not delivery to you) please do not choose the free shipping option.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Upgraded shipping delivery times are estimates and quoted in business days (Monday-Friday) from the date the package ships (not the date it was ordered). Orders placed after the daily cutoff time, on holidays or weekends will be shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday) and the quoted transit time will not start until the package is actually shipped.

Transit times quoted during the checkout process are an estimate and are not a guarantee of service. We do not offer refunds on upgraded shipping fees due to delays caused by the carriers or the customer not calculating the transit time correctly.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

NOTE: UPS 2 Day & UPS Next day air are delivered on business days (Monday-Friday). We do not have a option for Saturday delivery on our site.

Example- A order placed on Thursday evening with Next day air will ship on Friday and be delivered on Monday.

Paintball Wizard ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Paintball Wizard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages / Order Issues

Please contact paintball wizard if your received order is damaged during shipping. We will take the next steps to contact the shipping company to get your issue resolved.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you have any order related issues please contact us within 7 day of receiving your order.

International Shipping Policy

*Please Note - Markers, Tanks & Marker Accessories cannot be shipped international.

International orders may be subject to VAT fees, please contact your local customs for further information. Please reach out to your local customs department to ensure you have the necessary documentation for importation. Additional documents are not needed in all cases but to prevent your order from being delayed or rejected know your local customs requirements.

*All International shipments are shipped with insurance.
