Can I return anything?
You may return most merchandise within 30 days of date you recieve your package. Certain products may not be returned for any reason, including paintballs, custom jerseys, and DVDs.

What if my item is unopened and unused?
Unopened and unused products returned for credit to your credit card will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. Returns must be done with in 30 days of date you recieve your package. Please call 978-657-5144 for return authorization number. Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box; any item returned with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion.

What about open or used items?
Open or used products returned to Paintball Wizard will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined upon inspection by us. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used and/or shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 10-80% restocking fee. Use is defined as any attempts to gas up, install, fire, wear, or wash. Returns must be done with in 30 days of date you recieve your package. Paintball Guns
We do except returns on paintball guns, however they must be within our 30 day return policy. A paintball gun can only be returned for a refund if it is entirely unused and with all the orriginal packaging, manuals and blank warranty cards 100 % intact. If any packaging, manuals or warranty cards appear damaged or missing there will be a restocking fee deducted. The restocking fee will be determined by us upon reciept of product. Use is considered to be any attempt to gas up, install, dry fire, dissassemble or shoot paint. Some paintball guns are packaged in “clam shell” plastic packaging, this includes but not limmited to some spyder guns and 32 Degrees guns. This clam shell packaging must be cut to remove gun. If you wish to return for refund and the clam shell packaging has been cut there will be a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be done with in 30 days of date you recieve your package. If the gun appears defective out of the box we can take it back for replacment as long as it is within our 30 day policy. We can refund your card for defective product ONLY WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECIEVING THE GUN. A full refund, minus the shipping, can only be refunded if the gun is returned with all the orriginal packaging, manuals and blank warranty cards 100% intact. If any packaging, manuals or warranty cards appear damaged or missing there will be a restocking fee deducted. The restocking fee will be determined by us upon reciept of product. After 5 busness days have passed you may only return gun for exchange or repair up until the 30 day policy expires. NIETHER PAINTBALL WIZARD NOR THE MANUFACTURER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FREIGHT CHARGES ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. Please call 978-657-5144 for return authorization number.

I received the wrong product.
To report an incorrectly shipped order, please call immediately at 978-657-5144. Claims will only be handled if reported within 5 business days of receipt of your package. There are 2 ways that we can take care of incorrectly shipped product:
1:) Contact us at 978-657-5144 within 5 business days of recieving your order. We will issue you a RA (return authorization) number. You then ship the incorrect product back to us. Once we recieve the product back from you we will refund your freight charges for shipping your product back to us up to 7 dollars. We then create a new invoice for the correct product and ship it out to you within 1-2 business days of recieving the incorrect product from you.
2:) Contact us at 978-657-5144 within 5 business days of recieving your order. We will issue you a RA (return authorization) number. We then can create a new invoice for the correct product, charge your card for just the product and ship it out within 1-2 business days of you contacting us. We will ship with the correct product a UPS return to sender label. All you need to do is box up the incorrect product and put the return to sender label that we send to you on the box and give it to the UPS driver. Once we recieve the product back to us we will refund your card for the incorrect product.

If we have shipped you the incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs on the reorder for the same shipping method that was originally ordered. For example, if you ordered 3-Day Select shipping on the original order, we will cover the costs of 3-Day Select shipping on your reorder.

We will gladly upgrade your shipping on the reorder to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the original shipping method. If you have opened and used the incorrect item that was shipped to you, we may not be able to accept your return. If we do accept the return, a restocking fee to be determined upon our receipt of the product will apply.

In the event that you receive someone else's order, please contact us at 800-742-9987 for an Return Authorization (RA) number to return the items.

General Warranty Information
Warranties for all products sold at Paintball Wizard.com vary product by product. All warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. Paintball Wizard.com does not provide any warranty service. Neither the manufacturer nor Paintball Wizard.com will be responsible for freight of items requiring warranty service.

Paintballs
There is no warranty on paintballs. Paintball Wizard inspects the outside condition of each and every lot of paint purchased to ensure the best quality product prior to shipping. Upon shipping the product, it is understood that many factors play a role in the quality of the product upon receipt. These factors include quality of handling and the climate that the paintballs are exposed to in transit. Cold weather exposure is especially damaging to paint.

Paintballs damaged in transit by either weather conditions or rough handling are the customer's responsibility! Be sure to inspect the package when the product is delivered. If you need to file a claim for damaged goods with UPS be sure that you note the damage on the bill before you sign for the product. UPS can be reached at (800)-PICK-UPS. Please also keep all packaging from the order so UPS can inspect it during the claim investigation.

In the event you receive a broken or damaged item or the item proves to be defective out of the box, please give us a call at 800-742-9987. We can instruct you whether to contact the manufacturer for further assistance or provide you with an RA (return authorization) number, depending on the circumstance.
