What payment methods are accepted for USA, Canadian, & other
international purchases?
A. Check our payment section explains this. Q. How do I return, refund, or exchange? A. Read our returns page for info on returning your items to us. Q. I placed an order at 11 PM last night for overnight delivery. It is now 10 AM the next day. Where is my package? A. Orders placed online are processed within a few hours hours. Your order is processed the next day if placed after 1 PM EST Monday- Friday. Please keep in mind that your overnight order may not leave for 24-72 hours from being processed. Each item gives an availabilty time frame. The item you pick with the longest time frame is your estimated time before your entire order ships. If your order needs special attention, please call it in to us. Orders are delivered VIA UPS Monday to Friday, including express & overnight orders. Saturday delivery is available if specifically requested. Q. I placed my order 4 days ago and it hasn't arrived yet. What's going on? A. All shipments leave from MA or NJ. Delivery times can range from 1-6 business days, unless other arrangements are made. If you live in the west or south west of the continental USA, then delivery times are 5-7 days. If you need your package quickly, please inform us BEFORE it ships. Q. How do I know my package shipped? A. Aside the automated thank you for placing your order, you will get a second e-mail from us with a UPS tracking number when your order ships. You can use this number to call UPS at 800 PICK UPS or online at UPS.com to track your package. It will give you an exact delivery date. If your package does not ship, we will notify you with 1 business day of receiving your order. If you do not hear from us within 3 business days with a tracking number, please feel free to contact us. Please keep in mind orders and email confirmations are generally not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and nation wide holidays. Q. Is your site secure and safe? What happens to my personal and Credit Card information. A. Of course. We use 128 bit encryption technology by Verisign. This is the same security that many large online merchants use. Our Privacy & Security Statement explains how we handle your personal information. Q. I received my order and it is missing something. Who can I scream at? A. We will be the first to admit, no one is perfect, including us. If an order mix-up happened, please accept our apologies in advance. This is a rare occasion but we will take care of it at our expense. Please contact us by e-mail or phone. We will do what it takes to make you a happy customer. Q. My Gun ( or any item ) that I bought from Paintball Wizard broke on me. What do I do? A. We welcome you to contact us. Many times something that you may think is broken may have a simple fix! Please check our Tech Section. If the solution isn't there, contact us. We may be able to fix it over the phone or e-mail! If the product is out of our return policy time frame, contact the manufacturer. |
